Use public footway on Burton Street for outdoor seating in association with "Eternity Playhouse" theatre (3 tables and 6 chairs). Proposed hours of use are 7.00am to 4.00pm, Mondays to Sundays inclusive.
S96 (2) Amend hours of operation of the box office, bar, and theatre to 10.00am to 11.00pm Sunday to Thursday, and 10.00am to 11.30pm Friday and Saturday to allow for daytime theatre performances. Licensed premise.
