Section 4.55(1A) modification of a consent for alterations and additions to residential development including the construction of a swimming pool and associated landscaping. The proposed amendments to the approved scope of works include the deletion of one (1) set of stairs, reconfiguration of two (2) sets of stairs, provision of additional landscaping in the northern corner of the site, deletion of a skylight, and realignment of a skylight.

Local heritage works exemption for a cosmetic upgrade of existing outdoor terrace area (Ref: HWC/2021/265). This variation has been made in response to a fire safety audit undertook at the Strata Committee’s request. The works concern the alteration of the decorative cladding material from timber to steel framing and cement sheet cladding, to be affixed along the Western wall of the building, within the existing boundary of our apartment only (i.e. no other lots or common property are impacted).
