Description
Local heritage works exemption for a cosmetic upgrade of existing outdoor terrace area (Ref: HWC/2021/265). This variation has been made in response to a fire safety audit undertook at the Strata Committee’s request. The works concern the alteration of the decorative cladding material from timber to steel framing and cement sheet cladding, to be affixed along the Western wall of the building, within the existing boundary of our apartment only (i.e. no other lots or common property are impacted).
