Section 96(2) modification of consent to permit minor design amendments within the Young & Loftus Precinct including modifications to buildings A, B and C. The Precinct amendments include; a reduction in residential apartment numbers from 114 to 106 apartments; revised apartment mix; redistribution of gross floor area; a reduction in car parking spaces; and an increase in bicycle parking spaces.
