The Precinct amendments include; a reduction in residential apartment numbers from 114 to 106 apartments; revised apartment mix; redistribution of gross floor area; a reduction in car parking spaces; and an increase in bicycle parking spaces. The proposal further seeks to; satisfy various consent conditions relating to the general Precinct design as well as Building A, B and C; amend the staging of construction certificates; rectify clerical errors; and delete superfluous conditions.
