Section 96 (2) modification of consent for the existing ground floor restaurant known as '5th Earl' (licensed). The proposed modification is to Condition 3 'Hours of Operation - Sensitive Uses' to permit indoor and outdoor trade between 7am and 8am, Monday to Sunday inclusive, and outdoor trading between 8pm and 10pm Monday to Sunday inclusive, for a 2 year trial period. Indoor trading hours of 8am to 10pm, and outdoor trading hours of 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday inclusive, are approved on a permanent basis. The approved capacity is 92 persons (52 inside and 40 outside).
