Amend condition 2 of the consent to increase the approved hours of operation for the premises. Current approved hours of operation are between 7.00am and 12.00 midnight, Mondays to Fridays inclusive, between 9.00am to 12.00 midnight, Saturdays and between 10.00am and 10.00pm Sundays.
Proposed hours of operation are between 8.00am and 4.00am, Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and between 8.00am and 12.00 midnight on Sundays.
Amend condition 8(a) to require a minimum of 2 security guards to be employed from the hours of 9.00pm rather than 6.00pm, daily.

Review decision of previous Section 96 refusal, proposing to reduce the number of security guards on site from 2 to 1 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and delay their start time from 6pm till 7pm.
