S4.55(1) - Modification to amend a small error found in the Consent relating to the cost of development
Section 4.55(1A) modification of consent. The application seeks to amend Condition 15 to allow the required Site Audit Statement to be obtained prior to the issue of the first Occupation Certificate for new buildings on the site proposed under application D/2017/681
