S96(2) modification of consent to amend the approved trading hours of the existing gym. Current approved hours are 6.00am to 12 Midday Monday to Friday and 7.00am to 12 Midday Saturday and Sunday. Proposed hours are 24 hours, Monday to Sunday. The modification also includes changes to the layout and deletion of Condition 7 which prohibits retail sales from the premises.
