Description
S96(2) modification to previously approved use of the ground floor and internal mezzanine floor of the building as a licensed hotel operating on a 24 hour basis for a 1 year trial period and providing entertainment (to be known as the Gaelic Hotel). Modifications include correction of placement of forecourt balustrade railing to be located in front of bi-fold door along Devonshire Street, delete condition 14a relating to the operation of the gaming machine room due to inconsistency with the Gaming Machines Act 2001, amend condition 5a to exclude compulsory signage requirements under the Liquor Regulations 1996 and amend condition 14c relating to the location of automatic teller machines with respect to the gaming machines, addition of single door entrance at west side of forecourt to Devonshire Street, change to gaming room shape, change to terrace area to include new street entrance.
