Homemakers Supa Centre (formerly known as the Moore Park Supa Centa) - modification of previous development approval. This application seeks consent for a number of changes to the building including the extension of level 2 by approximately 2.5m to the west, removal of the existing tower structure on the north western corner of the building, relocation of the loading dock (and replacement with retail space) and a number of internal alterations.
Refurbishment of the facade of the Supa Centa including the removal of windows and awnings on the western elevation, removal of tower structures on the roof level, new cladding and placement of new vertical and horizontal fins across the building. All existing signage on the northern, western and southern elevations of the building is to be removed, and a new illuminated signs advertising the Centre and its tenants are proposed on these three elevations. Modifications to the internal layout are also proposed including reconfiguration of access routes between the levels and a number of changes to the tenancies and plant rooms.
