S96(2) Application to modify approved mixed use development to allow for changes to the layout of the basement areas; the inclusion of a mezzanine level between Levels 1 and 2; an internal reconfigeration of some of the apartments (resulting in a reduction in the number of apartments); minor external changes to the balcony and elevational layout and a modification to the northern end of Levels 2-9 to enable a more stepped design away from the neighbouring property. There is no change proposed to the overall height of the approved buildings.
