Description
RENOTIFICATION due to the lodgement of amended plans. Partial demolition of existing contributory building and construction of a 6-storey, plus basement, mixed-use development comprising retail and residential uses on the ground floor, with 5 levels of residential above and rooftop communal open space and pool. The Applicant has lodged an appeal with the Land and Environment Court against the refusal of Development Application No. D/2024/1237. As part of our re-assessment process for the purposes of the Appeal, we are notifying surrounding neighbours and property owners to seek their views on the amended proposal as described above.
