The application proposes to allow the indoor trading hours to be extended to operate between 10.00pm and 12 midnight daily, and allow the outdoor trading be extended and operate between 8.00am and 10.00am Monday to Friday mornings. Also proposed is the amendment of Condition (13F) which requires the front entry door and windows to be kept closed at all times. The applicant is proposing to modify this condition and require the front entry door and windows to be kept closed after 10.00pm daily.
