Section 4.55(2) modification of consent for amendments to the mixed-use tower, including design modifications and amendments to conditions of consent. Proposed amendments include an increased basement excavation depth, modified floor to floor heights, removal of the commercial tenancies, reduction in floor space to the retail tenancies and increase in floor space to residential units, overall reduction in total number of apartments and a modified apartment mix. Proposed design modifications also include facade modulation amendments and changes to acoustic and ventilation strategy.
