Section 4.55(2) modification of consent to amend the approved trading hours of the licensed restaurant. Current approved internal hours are 7.00am to 11.00pm Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and 10.00am and 11.00pm Sundays. Current approved external hours are 10.00am to 8.00pm Mondays to Sundays.
Proposed internal hours of operation Mondays to Saturdays 7am to 12am and 10am to 12am Sundays. Proposed external hours of operation Mondays to Sundays 10am to 10pm. The premises have a capacity for 100 patrons.
Section 96(2) amendment to change the approved development description in order to ratify the name of the existing approved licensed restaurant and to modify Condition (4) of consent to extend the core indoor trading hours from 10.00pm to 11.00pm daily and to renew, for a further 12-month trial period, the existing approved extended trading hours until 12 midnight indoors and until 10.00pm outdoors on Mondays to Sundays inclusive.
