The Applicant has lodged an appeal with the Land and Environment Court against the deemed refusal of Development Application No. D/2024/231. As part of our re-assessment process for the purposes of the Appeal, we are notifying surrounding neighbours and property owners to seek their views on the amended proposal as described above.
