Section 96(2) Amendment to approved mixed use development including extending Wyndham Street building to reduce courtyard width/building separation distance to 12-15 metres, redesign of facades on both Wyndham and Garden Streets, reconfiguration of car park and associated services including the provision of an additional level of car parking within a previously approved void space and an increase in the number of parking spaces from 18 to 20 spaces overall, deletion of the proposed unexcavated/deep soil planting zone within the rear courtyard, reconfiguration of the floor layouts/unit configurations within both buildings resulting in an increase in the total number of units from 19 to 20, formation of a unit for future use as a cafe on the ground floor of the Garden Street building in lieu of a residential flat, increase in the size of the commercial tenancies facing Wyndham Street and provision of a communal rooftop terrace to the Garden Street building and rooftop gardens to the Wyndham Street building.
