As a part of the tenancy fitout works for retail purposes for Viktoria Woods at shop 68, the proposal would include removal of the non-original floor and exposing the original timber flooring beneath the non-original fabric. The works would include conservation and restoration works to reinstate the original timber floorboards like for like to the original within the interiors of the shop. The works would also include minor fixing of the new timber joinery including display stands to the original timber flooring. The works would include minor penetrations for the installation of screws in order to secure the timber joinery. As such, the proposed installation of the timber joinery would have minor penetrations within the original timber floorboards and would be reversible.
