Section 4.55(2) application to amend the existing consent for the use of the Crown Street footway for outdoor dining in association with the licensed 'White Horse Hotel'. The applicant seeks to amend condition 3 to reflect an amended plan of management. The applicant also seeks to amend condition 4 of the consent to allow for the approved outdoor dining area to continue to operate for a further 5 year trial period. The application is being considered in tandem with Footway application number FA/2018/173, which is for the same use as that specified above.
