Section 4.55 (1A) modification of consent for demolition of Jacksons on George building, construction of new 56 level commercial tower and podium building, public cycle facility and public domain improvements. Proposed changes are to the design of the stair between JOG and community building, changes to retail located below the community building, change to awnings of the commercial building and other minor design changes. Changes are also sought to the timing of public art and awning design over the George St Plaza.
