Proposed indoor operating hours for the licensed restaurant premises between 7.00am and 2.00am the following day, Mondays to Sundays inclusive
Alterations to commercial development relating to installation of new rooftop mechanical plant.
Four 100mm overflow core holes will be created within the sandstone parapet wall. These core holes will be plumbed through the use of copper pipes. Copper pipes have been chosen for the overflows to match the existing aesthetic of the building closely. This work is required as water leaks have been reported in the commercial unit below during heavy rainfall. The overflow will redirect stormwater in the event of blockages or overcapacity of the existing downpipes. This should prevent damage to the below units. Bellow, the parapet wall is an entablature/ ledge within the architectural facade. Given the height of the overflow within the wall, entablature will block the view the alteration from ground level. Ultimately the changes are minor but necessary and don't make major changes to the existing aesthetic of the building.
Addition of overflow holes and copper pipes to front parapet to mitigate water ingress during haeavy rains
