(xiv) Insert Condition 26 which requires sanitary facilities to be provided in accordance with the BCA and requires the doors to such facilities to be reinstated and fitted with self-closing doors.
(xv) Insert Condition 27 which requires compliance with Smoke-free Environment Legislation.
(xvi) Insert Condition 28 which prohibits BYO Alcohol without obtaining an appropriate licence form the Liquor Administration Board.
