Section 96(2) Application to modify development consent D/2008/341/B for the SLIP INN HOTEL. It is proposed to delete Condition 4 which states The period during which the hotel may operate with the hours contained within this consent is for five years expiring on 8 August 2013 and amend Condition 5A to allow use of the courtyard on the lower ground level by smokers between the hours of midnight and 2am Monday to Saturday for a further trial period until 17 February 2014. No change is sought to the hours of operation for the lower ground courtyard on a Sunday. As with the current trial period, no alcohol would be served outside in the lower courtyard after midnight and no music, amplified or otherwise, would be played.
