Notification of amended plans lodged with the Land Environment Court. The amended proposal seeks alterations and additions to the existing heritage item known as the former Church of Christ Scientist, including construction of a 2 storey addition to the eastern side of the site and an additional storey above roof level, excavation to create a basement car park for 11 vehicles, and associated landscaping. Proposed uses are commercial offices at the lower ground floor, offices, 2 artist studios, a gallery and unlicensed cafe at the ground floor, and 5 residential apartments at the first floor and at roof level.
